about

Off Worque is a non-profit social club for industry professionals dedicated to redefining work/life balance.

Through curated events, workshops, and community gatherings, we create spaces for professionals to unplug, recharge, and connect authentically. By encouraging members to step beyond their job titles and daily grind, Off Worque promotes a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle—one that embraces new hobbies, connection, and open conversations about mental health and well-being.

meet our founder

Cristina Jerome founded off worque after being burnt out by working 10 years in the social media marketing space. Bouncing from industries like beauty, music, tv/film, spirits and more in a short term of 4 years IS exhausting and she realized that unless she took control of her own mental wellbeing, she may not be here to enjoy the fruits of her labor. After a stressful week of work, she took PTO for a week and just tried new hobbies. Tennis, pottery classes, running clubs and more turned into a reason to feel alive again and the next week, she quit her job to fully focus on burnout relief , time management, life coaching and wellness events for her peers through off worque.

everyone deserves a day off worque.
