Our mission is to provide mental health resources to industry professionals suffering from burnout, anxiety, and depression due to a lack of work-life balance.

Off Worque is made up of individuals who are passionate about creating opportunities for industry professionals to feel their best. Although we all have to work, we believe that work environments should make employees feel valued, and supported and not interfere with their personal lives. A proper work-life balance is needed to sustain our mental health and no salary or perks should compromise that.

With your support, we’re able to provide mental health resources , activities and more to those who need it the most.

According to the AADA (the Anxiety and Depression Association of America) workplace stress and anxiety affect people in and outside of the workplace.

On the job, employees say stress and anxiety most often impact their:

Workplace performance (56%)
Relationship with coworkers and peers (51%)
Quality of work (50%)
Relationships with superiors (43%)

Your donations will contribute to individual and group life coaching, community-building activities outside of work, and workshops geared towards a more balanced life outside of work.

Thank you for your support.
