Refund policy

All sales of Worque/Life Balance are final, with the exception of games that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a game that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@offworque.com and include a photo of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for defective or damaged items. Please note that opened or shrink-wrapped games cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This policy ensures the quality and safety of all games while allowing us to continue delivering meaningful, high-quality experiences to our community.
